Video: Riley’s Raiders at Country Crossings

These videos are of a raid by 150+ State Troopers at the command of Bingo Bob Riley. At 4:05am, 135 State Law Enforcement vehicles from the Governor’s Anti Gambling task force raided Country Crossing in Houston County Alabama. This video shows customers and employees being evacuated from the premises hours before the raid.

About an hour before the raid, the parking lot lights were turned off and shortly after, the power to the building was cut off. The Attorney for Country Crossings MET the troopers at the door. You can see that next.

Next, the Attorney gives a public statement.

Thanks to RickyStokesNews.com for the videos.

  1. Joseph D. says:

I am a life-long republican who voted for Bob Riley. It is shameful what Gov. Riley has done. He has let Mississippi indians buy him. I have sat by quietly but these raids have made it where I can’t be silent any longer. Riley has crossed the line of being tough and now is outright abusing the power of his office to settle a personal score. Looks like the Choctaw indians are cranking up the pressure the last months of his term. They made their investment in Riley and now they expect him to deliver. I guess they will raid AEA’s offices next.

  2. Let the People of Alabama decide! One man should not speak for all of the taxpaying citizens of this state!

  3. lmmfao….riley u dumbass

  4. I thought Rod Blagojovich was off his rocker with his most recent mess, but Bob Riley could teach him volumes about what the real definition of an abuse of power. The indian council is pressuring him to make good on their deal, but how he intends to be successful with his desperate legislative harrassment remains to be seen. Let’s hope he hasn’t bought too much support that the judicial system can’t win out. Country Crossing has, on countless occasions invited state reps to inspect the machines to see they are in compliance with no acceptance on the reps’ part. C.C. has been instrumental in generating jobs and revenue which, contradictory to dishonest pro-Riley commercials, has been subject to all taxation applicable. Too bad Riley can’t AFFORD to man-up and be honest about what a positive contribution Country Crossing really makes in Houston County. Riley, how you can live with yourself is beyond me.

  5. This is such a shame! All of the employees that lost wages that night should sue Governor Riley!!!!! In a time where people desperately need jobs like these, he pretends to “care” about Alabama. Let the people vote! Give your children a chance at college like Florida and Georgia with state sponsored scholarships… make this an asset instead of a pretend liability. What did the Choctaws pay in taxes last year to the state of Alabama to help the state they profit from??? LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE and stop hurting innocent people!

  6. mary jo carlisle says:

I ashamed to say I’m from Alabama.

  7. mary jo carlisle says:

I’M ASHAMED TO SAY I’M FROM ALABAMA!!!!

  8. Bingo Bob is on television saying Bingo is illegal in Alabama & he & his Monkey named Tyson are going to stop it. If he will do some research he will find that Wind Creek has a Alabama address & zip code, so does the two Casino’s in Wetumpka area & the one in Greene county, why aren’t they being closed?

Is it true that Monkey Tyson is a member of the Porch Indian Tribe?

It’s a shame that Alabama has a 11% unemployment rate, and the budget is so bad that the teachers are being laid off, state employees are being cut to short work schedules etc. & Bingo Bob & his Monkey are still putting more people out of work & wasting tax dollars on raids with out warrants & flying the State aircraft to news conferences.

The Religous groups are protesting the Bingo, when Bingo originated in the churches. They need to get GOD & Prayer back in our schools.

Soon the signs coming into Alabama will need to read Welcome to Alabama Home of the Best Governor that Mississippi Indian money can buy.

  9. I too am ashamed to be from Alabama. All of those lost jobs just makes no sense what so ever! and all the money Mr Bob is using to enforce his electronic bingo raids makes no sense either. Those troopers should be out dong the job that they are paid to do.. and that it to protect the hiways, and more serious crimes. Bingo is not a crime, and it certianly isnt against the law as far as I am concerned. Obviously It wasnt against the law to Bob up until the past few weeks either. Guess someone is putting some threats his way for this to be a sudden concern for him.
